Ingredients
- 0.56 oz white grape juice + splash honey syrupswapped
- 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
- 3/8 oz coffee syrupswapped
- 1 tsp sugar
Directions

Lightly beat the cream adding a few drops of the vanilla extract

Add the Metaxa, Amaretto, and Tia Maria to a warmed 7-oz

Pour in coffee

Taste for sweetness: add sugar if desired

Top with beaten cream.
