Calm Voyage (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/2 oz strega herbal liqueur
• 1 tbsp passion-fruit syrup
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1/2 oz egg white

Directions

   Combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup crushed ice in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time

   Pour into a champagne flute and serve.
