Ingredients

• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz white grape juice + drop anise extractswapped
• 2 oz fresh lime juice
• 2 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp orgeat syrup
• 1 tsp grenadine syrup

   Shake ingredients (except champagne) with cracked ice and pour into a collins glass
