Baldini Blues (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a champagne flute
Ingredients
- 1 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1/2 oz blue sports drink + orange extractswapped — Or blue food coloring + OJ
- 1/2 oz orange juice
- 3 grape juice + splash of vinegarswapped — Use Concord grape for depth
Directions

Pour sparkling water, blue curaao and orange juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well

Strain into a champagne flute then top with Prosecco wine and serve.
