Ace Ventura (Mocktail)
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1/4 oz lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)swapped — Add a pinch of salt
- 1/4 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
- 4 1/2 oz sprite soda
- 1 dash anise extract + simple syrupswapped
- 1 dash anise extract + simple syrupswapped
- 1 dash anise extract + simple syrupswapped
- 1 dash anise extract + simple syrupswapped

Take a large chilled cocktail glass and fill it 1/4 full with ice, and top to 3/4 full with sprite

Add the sparkling water, coconut water and lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)

Fill the glass with the flavored sambucas in layers

Garnish with an umbrella and serve with a bendable straw.
