Ace Ventura

Ingredients

• 1/4 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/8 oz limeade concentrate splashswapped
• 1/5 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 4 1/2 oz sprite soda
• 1/2 dash drops anise extract in cherry syrupswapped
• 1/2 dash drops anise extract in simple syrup + blue food coloringswapped
• 1/2 dash drops anise extract in simple syrup + green food coloringswapped
• 1/2 dash anise (licorice) syrupswapped

Directions

   Take a large chilled cocktail glass and fill it 1/4 full with ice, and top to 3/4 full with sprite

   Add the white grape juice + squeeze of lime, pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup and limeade concentrate splash

   Fill the glass with the flavored sambucas in layers

   Garnish with an umbrella and serve with a bendable straw.
