Acapulco Clam Digger (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)swapped — Add a pinch of salt
• 3 oz tomato juice
• 3 oz clam juice
• 3/4 tbsp horseradish
• 1 splash fresh lemon juice

   Mix over cracked ice in an lowball glass

   Garnish with a slice of lemon

   Note: you can substitute Clamato juice (6 oz.) for the tomato juice and the clam juice.
