Ingredients

• 1/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1/4 oz apricot nectarswapped
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz lime juice

Directions

   Blend all ingredients with ice except Bacardi 151 proof rum

2. 2

   Pour into a collins glass

3. 3

   Float Bacardi 151 proof rum on top

4. 4

   Garnish with a fruit slice, sprig of mint and a cherry.
