Zombie #2

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
• 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
• 1/4 oz orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1 1/2 oz orange juice
• 1/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped

Directions

1. 1

   Shake all ingredients (except pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup) with ice and strain into a collins glass over ice cubes

   Float the pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup on top, add a cherry (if desired), and serve.
