Yellow Bird #2

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/8 oz vanilla syrup + drop of anise extractswapped
• 1 1/4 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz lime juice

Directions

   Shake over crushed ice in a shaker, and strain into a collins glass half-filled with crushed ice

   Garnish with a mint sprig and a stemmed cherry, and serve.
