Waldorf-Astoria Eggnog

Ingredients

• 2 egg yolks
• 1/4 oz cream
• 1/2 oz sugar syrup
• 3/8 oz red grape juice + splash of pomegranate juiceswapped
• 3/4 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 3 1/2 oz milk

Directions

   Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker and strain into a large highball glass over ice cubes

   Sprinkle with nutmeg.
