Waikiki Beach

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz coconut cream
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz whipping cream
• 1 oz passion-fruit juice

   Rim a wine goblet with egg white and sweet grated coconut

   Shake ingredients, strain into the glass, and serve.
