Vermouth Cassis Tall
🥃 Served in a highball glass
Ingredients
- 1 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
- 1/4 oz blackcurrant syrupswapped
- 4 oz club soda
Directions

Pour the vermouth and blackcurrant syrup into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

Top with club soda, and stir well
- 3
Garnish with a twist of lemon, and serve.

- →creme de cassis→blackcurrant syrup
