A Night In Old Mandalay

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 3 oz ginger ale
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup, pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup, orange juice, and lemon juice

   Shake well

   Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes

   Top with the ginger ale

   Garnish with the lemon twist.
