Tartantula

Ingredients

• 3/4 apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/2 oz pomegranate juice splashswapped
• 1/4 oz honey syrup + pinch of warm spicesswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, vermouth, and Benedictine

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass

   Garnish with the lemon twist.
