Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 3/8 oz coffee syrupswapped
• 1 oz light cream
• 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

Directions

   Combine the rum, kahlua and cream in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
