Quebec Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 1/2 tsp orange syrup + non-alcoholic bittersswapped
• 1/2 tsp maraschino cherry juiceswapped

Directions

   Pour apple cider + splash of vanilla, vermouth, Amer Picon and maraschino into a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes

   Stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
