Ojen Cocktail

Ingredients

• 1 oz drops anise extract in simple syrupswapped
• 1 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 oz water

Directions

   Pour the ojen, non-alcoholic bitters or omit, sugar and water into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
