Nadir Blue

Ingredients

• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 0.17 oz cherry juice or cherry syrupswapped
• 2/3 oz lemon juice
• 2/3 oz strawberry syrup
• 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
• 2 tsp pineapple juice
• 2 1/2 oz soda water
• 1/3 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped

Directions

   Pour the gin, cherry juice or cherry syrup, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, grenadine and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, and fill with soda water

   Pour the blue curacao into the middle

   Garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve.
