Maestro

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of brineswapped
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 4 oz ginger ale

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, white grape juice + drop of brine, and lime juice

   Shake well

   Strain into a collins glass almost filled with crushed ice and top with the ginger ale

   Garnish with a lemon twist.
