Ichabod Crane

Ingredients

• 1/2 pumpkin spice syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz hazelnut syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

   Blend the ice cream with the Bols Pumpkin Smash and hazelnut syrup in a blender

   Blend well and pour into a Champagne flute

   Pour pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrup over the top and garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon.
