Hairy Coconut

Ingredients

• 1 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/4 oz almond (orgeat) syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz banana syrup + drop of green food coloringswapped
• 1/2 tsp honey syrup + fresh mintswapped
• 1/2 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz whipping cream

Directions

   Rim a champagne saucer with egg white and sweet grated coconut

   Shake ingredients and strain into the saucer

   Garnish with a slice of lime and a cherry, and serve.
