Gay Marine

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash molassesswapped
• 1/4 oz orange juice concentrate splash + drop of vanillaswapped
• 4 - 5 lime wedges
• 3 mint sprigs
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 - 2 oz apple juice

Directions

   Muddle the mint leaves and lime wedges with cane sugar and orange juice concentrate splash + drop of vanilla in a cocktail shaker

   Add crushed ice and pour in the Mount Gay Barbados rum

   Using a swizzle stick, stir the ingredients together so that the rum, lime and mint layers through the drink

   Top up with apple juice

5. 5

   Serve with a mint garnish.
