Fancy Scotch

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple cider + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 tsp orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splashswapped
• 1/4 tsp superfine sugar
• 2 dash non-alcoholic bitters or omitswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the scotch, orange syrup or orange juice concentrate splash, sugar, and bitters

   Shake well

   Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
