Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1/2 anise (licorice) syrupswapped
- 1/2 hazelnut syrupswapped
- 4 ice cubes
Directions

Pour ingredients into a mixing glass half filled with ice

Stir, strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.
Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz dark rum→pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrup
- →1/2 oz ouzo anise liqueur→anise (licorice) syrup
- →1/2 oz frangelico hazelnut liqueur→hazelnut syrup
