Cafe San Juan

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 cup cold coffee
• 1 twist lemon peel
• 1 tsp sugar

Directions

   Pour rum over ice cubes in a small highball glass

   Fill with coffee, and stir

   Add a twist of lemon, sugar, and serve.
