Cafe Pucci (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks
• 1/4 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped
• 1 tsp brown sugar
• 1 cup espresso
• 1 oz light whipped cream

Directions

   Warm liquors in a heat-proof cup, stir in sugar, and add espresso

   Stir again, top with cream, and serve.
