Cafe Au Kirsch

Ingredients

• 1/2 cherry juiceswapped
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 egg white

Directions

   Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes

   Shake well, and strain into a wine glass

   Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.
