Cabaret Martini (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 3 oz tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
• 1 white grape juice + herbsswapped
• 4 dash es angostura bitters
• 4 dash es pernod licorice liqueur

Directions

   Pour the tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

   Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

   Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
