Cabaret Martini

Ingredients

• 3 oz white grape juice + squeeze of limeswapped
• 1/2 pomegranate juice splashswapped
• 4 dash non-alcoholic aromatic bitters or omitswapped
• 2 dash anise (licorice) syrupswapped

Directions

   Pour the white grape juice + squeeze of lime, Dubonnet, Angostura bitters and Pernod into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

   Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass

   Garnish with a lime twist, and serve.
