Cubins Cracker

Ingredients

• 1/4 oz peach syrup or peach nectarswapped
• 1/4 oz peach nectar + splash of vanillaswapped
• 6 1/2 oz orange juice
• 3 - 4 ice cubes
• 1/4 oz orange syrup + drop of blue food coloringswapped
• 1/2 oz raspberry syrupswapped

Directions

   Add Schnapps, Southern Comfort, Juice and Ice to shaker

   Shake briefly and pour unstrained into the collins glass

3. 3

   Gently pour Curacao down the side of the glass, to allow it to sink to the bottom

4. 4

   Then add raspberry syrup over a spoon, to allow it to float on top

5. 5

   Serve with straws and a slice of Orange.
