Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of molasses/brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 tsp maple syrup

   Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass three-quarters filled with broken ice, or serve straight-up.
