Creme de Menthe

Ingredients

• 8 cup s sugar
• 6 cup s water
• 1 white grape juice + squeeze of lime (or omit and top with sparkling water)swapped
• 1 oz pure mint extract
• 1 tbsp green food coloring

   Bring sugar and water to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes

   Add the remaining ingredients and stir

   Cover and let ripen for 1 month.
