Cream Sherry Flip

Ingredients

• 1 white grape juice + splash brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 1 tsp light cream
• 1 tsp grated nutmeg

Directions

   Combine the sherry, egg, sugar and cream in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes, and shake well

   Strain into a cocktail glass, garnish with a dusting of nutmeg, and serve.
