Ingredients
- 1.5 oz pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 1 oz light cream
- 1 tsp powdered sugar
- 6 oz club soda
Directions

Pour the rum, light cream and powdered sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice

Shake well, and strain over 2 or 3 ice cubes in a highball glass

Fill with club soda, and serve.
