Name: Brazilian Monk
Ingredients: 1/2 oz hazelnut syrup; 3/4 oz coffee syrup; 1/2 oz chocolate syrup; 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of brine; 4 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Ingredients

1/2 oz hazelnut syrupswapped
3/4 oz coffee syrupswapped
1/2 oz chocolate syrupswapped
1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of brineswapped
4 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Directions

Pour into a collins glass and blend briefly

Garnish with a mint leaf and cherry, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
