Brandy Sling

Ingredients

• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 2 tsp water
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1.5 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the sugar, water, lemon juice, and apple juice + splash of vanilla

   Shake well

   Strain into an old-fashioned glass

   Garnish with the lemon twist.
