Brandy Flip

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1 whole egg
• 1 tsp superfine sugar
• 1/2 oz light cream
• 1/8 tsp grated nutmeg

Directions

   In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the apple juice + splash of vanilla, egg, sugar, and cream

   Shake well

   Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.
