Brandied Madeira

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz apple juice + splash of vanillaswapped
• 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 3/4 oz grape juice + splash balsamic + brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with cracked ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes

   Add the twist of lemon peel and serve.
