Corkscrew

Ingredients

• 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
• 1/4 oz peach syrup or peach nectarswapped
• 1/4 oz white grape juice + drop of olive brineswapped
• 1 twist lemon peel

Directions

   In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, peach syrup or peach nectar, and vermouth

   Stir well

   Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
