Ingredients
- 1 sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 1 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1 lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)swapped — Add a pinch of salt

Pour the alcoholic ingredients into a shot glass and squeeze a little amount of lime juice on top.
