Ingredients
- 2 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
- 1 twist lemon peel

In a mixng glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin and Scotch

Stir well

Strain into a shot glass

Carnish with the lemon twist.
🔄 Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 oz gin→tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract
💡 Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- →1/2 tsp scotch whisky→strong brewed black tea
