Ingredients
- 2 sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- 2 strong brewed black teaswapped — Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
- 2 tonic water + 2 drops juniper extractswapped — Or use Seedlip non-alcoholic spirit
- 1 dash tabasco sauce

Add all the alcoholic measures into the glass without stirring, then add the dash of tabasco and serve.
🔄 Mocktail Substitutions
- →1/2 cl vodka→sparkling water
💡 Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
- →1/2 cl whisky→strong brewed black tea
💡 Lapsang souchong for smoky notes
- →1/2 cl gin→tonic water + 2 drops juniper extract
