The Other Half (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 3/4 oz orange juice + orange zestswapped
• 3/4 oz almond extract + simple syrup (¼ tsp per oz)swapped

Directions

   Carefully layer the orange juice + orange zest, amaretto, and rum into a shot glass

2. 2

   Turn off the lights, ignite the rum (use caution) to warm rim of glass, and carefully blow out the flame

3. 3

   Serve immediately.
