Hole in the Head (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz anise extract + simple syrupswapped
• 1/2 oz sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite
• 3 drops tabasco sauce

Directions

1. 1

   Fill half of a shot glass with anise extract + simple syrup

2. 2

   Slowly fill the other half with sparkling water (to get layer effect)

3. 3

   Add 3 drops of Tabasco sauce (it should swim in between the two layers) and serve.
