Canadian Snake Bite (Mocktail)
🥃 Served in a rocks glass

Ingredients
- 1 oz anise extract + simple syrupswapped
- 1 oz lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)swapped — Add a pinch of salt
- 2 - 3 dash es tabasco sauce
Directions

Pour the anise extract + simple syrup into a brandy snifter and the lime juice + agave syrup (2:1) seperately into a rocks or old-fashioned glass

Add a couple dashes of Tabasco sauce to the glass with lime juice + agave syrup (2:1)

Roll the anise extract + simple syrup around the snifter (like a cement mixer), ignite, and allow to burn for a second or two

Pour the anise extract + simple syrup into the lime juice + agave syrup (2:1) rocks glass and cap it with the brandy snifter so as to extinguish the flames

This should form some smoke within the glasses

Carefully lift the snifter and inhale the fumes, then pound the lime juice + agave syrup (2:1) and anise extract + simple syrup mixture

Packs a pretty good wallop.
