Schnapp Bomb (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 flavored syrup (match the schnapps flavor)swapped
• 2 kg bag sugar

Directions

   Pour a whole bottle of Archers peach schnapps into a medium sized saucepan

2. 2

   Heat until hot, but do not boil

3. 3

   Gradually add the sugar until saturation point (about 1 - 1.5 Kgs)

4. 4

   Serve in shot glasses and knock back in one go whilst still hot.
