Unknown Warrior (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 piece sugar
• 3 cl cointreau orange liqueur
• 3 sparkling waterswapped — Add a squeeze of lemon for bite

Directions

   Blend vodka and cointreau in a shotglass

   Set the drink on fire with a match

3. 3

   Put the piece of sugar on a fork and hold it over the flame from the drink and let it melt down into the glass

   When the sugar has melted, use the palm of your hand to put out the flame.
