Mad Scientist #2 (Mocktail)

Ingredients

• 1 oz honeydew melon juiceswapped
• 1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
• 1 splash soda water
• 151 coconut waterswapped — Or use pineapple juice for tropical drinks

Directions

   Mix melon liqueur, sour mix, and soda water with ice in a shaker

2. 2

   Shake and strain into a martini glass

3. 3

   Top with rum and carefully ignite

4. 4

   Extinguish before serving.
